In 2009, we have obtained the production license and product registration certificate that issued by Shanghai FDA. And in 2014, Berry passed the EN ISO 13485 quality system certification and CE certification by TÜV SÜD. And we got the FDA 510K in 2015.

Production line
Our production bases are in Shanghai and Shenzhen. We have production workshops, inspection rooms and warehouses. We have professional production workers and are equipped with corresponding workshops for commissioning, aging test, assembly, welding and packaging. The company's workers have many years of work experience and will conduct unified quality inspection after production.
Our production workflow is:
1. After receiving the production notice, formulate the plan and check the operation instruction;
2. Make the ingredient list, count the material list, and conduct the incoming inspection of materials;
3. Workers carry out assembly, welding, marking, packaging and other procedures according to the operation instructions;
4. The quality inspection department shall inspect the process before delivery and issue the release report.
We maintain a high R & D investment every year, and there will be at least 2-3 new products every year. All R & D personnel have professional technical background and rich working experience.
We will first sort out according to the market or customer needs and conduct preliminary budget evaluation. If the project passes the review, it will be finally approved.
We make plans and schedules, carry out outline design, structure development, hardware development, software development, 3D printing, tracking inspection, etc.
We have two companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen. At present, the company has a research and development department, regulatory department, marketing department, procurement department, production department, quality department, and more than 100 employees.
